Experts at International SOS and Control Risks are now supporting relief workers in typhoon-hit parts of the Philippines.

 
Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) made landfall on 8 November 2013. The category 5 typhoon is considered one of the most powerful to strike the country. It has caused extensive loss of life and severe damage to infrastructure.

 
International SOS and Control Risks have an incident management team operating in the Philippines. The team will be offering detailed medical and travel security advice to a number of organisations involved in relief efforts, as well as business travellers and expatriates.
