Diyarbakir, Hakkari, Sirnak provinces in Turkey: Travel risk rating raised to HIGH amid persistent militant violence 

International SOS and Control Risks raised the travel security risk rating for the south-eastern provinces of Diyarbakir, Hakkari and Sirnak from Medium to HIGH due to increased militant violence and associated security operations. While a large swathe of the east and south-east of the country has been affected, these three provinces have experienced notably high rates of serious security incidents, compared to other parts of the region, where travel risks continue to be rated as MEDIUM.
