International SOS’ presence in Asia includes Cambodia, China,Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sakhalin, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

More than 400 Australasian businesses, organisations, agencies and government bodies have integrated our services into their everyday business operations.

Since 1989, we have provided international-standard medical care and travel risk security services to members working and living in China. We also support Chinese organisations that send their workforce overseas.

Our Middle East, Eastern Europe & Central Asia regions include 32 countries. Every month, our Moscow and Dubai Assistance Centres receive and respond to an average of 5,500 calls.

Since 1984, we have been the largest assistance provider in the country and have developed unrivalled expertise in providing an integrated medical solution and assistance services, as well as designing and managing customised medical solutions for remote projects.

Each year we manage more than 12,000 cases and perform around 230 medical or travel security evacuations for members in Japan.
