Established in the Netherlands in 2001, the Amsterdam office of International SOS is responsible for serving the Benelux region. We provide services to both multinational corporations and their travelling employees and expatriates, and to individual travellers. Our clients come from a broad range of industries including aviation and maritime, banking and financial services, NGOs, energy, mining and large-scale construction, governments and the public sector, and various other consumer-directed industries.

The services we offer include:
  • A comprehensive range of emergency and routine medical services
  • Global medical services, a unique preventative medical programme for clients operating in remote areas where quality healthcare is not immediately accessible
  • Corporate care, which includes a complete medical screening programme
  • Security services, which assist our members in various types of emergency including civil or political turmoil

In 2008, International SOS established a joint venture with Control Risks that provides travel security services for international travellers and expatriates. Both companies then moved to a new shared office in Amsterdam in order to meet our clients’ growing global needs, enhancing our level of cooperation.
