We have offices in Madrid & Barcelona. Our fully equipped Assistance Centre has state-of-the-art systems to ensure we deliver the highest levels of personalised service and care in Spanish, French, English, Arabic and Portuguese. Our doctors have been trained in emergency medicine in Spain, France and Switzerland. They regularly contribute to continuous improvement and inspection programmes for International SOS across the world. 

Specific products that SOS Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. offer include:

• SOS Passports, which are specially designed for individual travellers on any type of trip, either business or pleasure, within or outside of their country of residence. There are four versions: International SOS Passport, SOS Premier, SOS Premier Plus & SOS Advance which includes Personal accident & Third Party Liability. All are available for days, weeks, months or a full year.
• SOS Welcome, which is specially designed to meet the needs of anyone temporarily staying in Spain who requires emergency medical help and assistance.
• We also design specific insurance for NGOs, schools, colleges, or firms who organise periodical studies for young people in a foreign country.
• SOS Corporate, specially designed to assure companies that their employees living or working outside their country of residence receive the best quality of assistance during their stay.
• SOS Re., which provides reinsurance travel cover specially designed for national insurance companies and financial institutions.

We are also happy to offer tailor-made products and services, designed to meet the specific needs of individual insurance and financial institutions, credit card companies, professionals, institutions and other corporations. Customers include 50% of the Ibex35 stock index, as well as medium and small size companies.
